God loves each one of us and has a special plan for our lives.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
Unfortunately, we are all sinners and cannot have a relationship with a perfect God.
Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God,
And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.
In spite of our failures, God wants to have a personal relationship with us, so He sent His Son, Jesus, to pay for our sins on the cross.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
If we will accept Jesus’ payment for our sins and invite Him to come into our lives and wash our sins away, He will cleanse our sins and make us God’s children.
John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name.
We can spend the rest of our lives walking with Him and growing in Him. One day, we will spend eternity with Him in heaven.
John 14:3 If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.
I know that my sin has put a barrier between You and me. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus, to die in my place for my sins. I trust in Jesus alone to forgive my sins, and I accept His gift of eternal life. I ask Jesus to be my personal Savior and the Lord of my life. Thank You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
