NHLNC #6: Construction missions projects

As part of our New Hope Love the North Country emphasis (NHLNC), we are excited to be doing 2 missions construction projects in August. We have 2 sister church plants in our area who need some construction help as they try to move into new buildings.

#1. Stony Creek
During the week of New Hope Loves the North Country (NHNLC) on Fri., Aug. 18, 7-9pm, and Sat., Aug. 19, 9am-noon, we will be helping Pastor Tony Lomenzo and the Stony Creek Community Church with things like tearing out carpet and old pews, tearing down walls, and putting up new ones, painting, wiring, and pretty much ANYTHING they need us to do!  We’ll meet at New Hope at 6pm on Friday and 8am on Sunday to pray and head over to Stony Creek together.  Bring any tools you have (hammer, screw gun, nail gun, etc.).  If you are going, please signup at the NHLNC table or email Pastor Robbie at pastor@sharingnewhope.org.

#2. Granville
Pastor Joel Aubrey and New Creation Church need help renovating their building which is a store front on Main Street in Granville. Maybe you cannot go with us as a team to Stony Creek but you are available at other times on your own to help out New Creation. Take a look at their needs at this link, and if you are able to help, feel free to assist them any way you can! (Please email Pastor Robbie at pastor@sharingnewhope.org to let him know if you are planning to go and when you are planning on going. Thank you!)

Remember… We have 2 purposes on our mission trips/projects
#1. To share Jesus and His salvation with as many people as possible
#2. To encourage His servants who are sharing Him in other areas
